Everything on this site is general information about our service. Nothing here is a property advertisement, an offer of a specific property, or an invitation to buy one. We publish a specific property advertisement only with a valid per-advertisement Trakheesi permit issued for that advertisement.

These terms and our services are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and of the Emirate of Dubai, and by the rules of the Dubai real-estate regulator (RERA / Dubai Land Department).
