This policy explains what personal data we process, why we process it, and the rights you have under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).

What we process and why
We process the details you choose to give us — your name, contact details, your goal, budget range, preferred areas and timeline — for two purposes: qualifying your enquiry and responding to it. We do not use your personal data for anything else without asking you first.
Consent — two separate scopes
We ask for your consent twice, for two different things, and we record each consent separately:
Chat and data-processing consent
Required to use the chat: it covers processing your details to qualify your enquiry and answer it.
Messaging follow-up opt-in (optional)
A separate, optional opt-in to receive follow-up messages from us by SMS or WhatsApp. It is unchecked by default and it is not required — you can submit your enquiry without it.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP at any time to cancel.
Your rights under the PDPL
You can exercise any of these rights by writing to us — every request is read by a human, not a bot:
- Access — ask what personal data we hold about you and receive a copy of it.
- Erasure — ask us to delete your personal data. Every erasure request is reviewed and approved by a named member of our team before anything is deleted; we complete approved requests within a reasonable timeframe and confirm once it is done.
- Opt out of messaging — reply STOP to any message, or write to us, and follow-up messages stop. Opting out of messaging does not delete your enquiry.
- Retention and anonymization — we keep enquiry data only while it is relevant to your enquiry. Long-inactive enquiries are anonymized: direct identifiers are removed and the remaining details are generalized so they no longer point to you.
Third parties and marketing
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing.
Your details reach only the service providers we need to operate this site and our chat — under contract, for our purposes, never for theirs.
Cookies and analytics
Essential cookies only, unless you decide otherwise: analytics runs only after you explicitly accept it in the cookie banner, and declining costs you no functionality. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time — clear the site data in your browser and the banner asks again on your next visit.
