This page shows how the optional messaging opt-in is presented to visitors in our website chat, before any phone or WhatsApp number is collected. Opting in is never required to use the chat or any other part of the site.

What a visitor sees in the chat

The panel below is a static copy of the consent step in the live chat. The follow-up checkbox starts unchecked and stays optional; the chat works without it.

Opting out and getting help

Reply HELP at any time for help. Reply STOP at any time to cancel and receive no further messages. Message frequency varies (a few messages a month). Message and data rates may apply.
